Wrightsville Beach Real Estate

Since its incorporation in 1899, the island community of Wrightsville Beach has become one of the Eastern Seaboard’s star attractions. Its pristine beach strand, deep-water anchorage in Banks Channel and charming collection of shops and restaurants are extremely appealing to those who enjoy coastal pursuits. The seaside village has been a favorite destination for boaters and sailors for decades and has the third oldest yacht club in the country. Great waves on the ocean side and scenic courses on the sound side have established Wrightsville Beach as a mecca for surfers and standup paddle boarders. In additions to watersports and fishing, residents and visitors alike are attracted to “The Loop”. The 2.45-mile paved walking course travels over 2 bridges, through the quaint downtown, around the park and is a great way to stay fit and take in the area. Although it only covers 2.4 square miles, Wrightsville Beach is packed with exciting real estate options.
