As neighborhoods go, it may not be huge, but Wilmington’s Mason Bend is a delightful place to settle into the coastal lifestyle. Located in the Masonboro community along the southeastern quadrant of New Hanover County, Mason Bend is a cozy cul-de-sac subdivision and currently has just under 20 homes.
Properties typically range in size from 2,400 to nearly 4,000 square feet. Most all were custom built and the predominant architectural styles are traditional ones including Cape Cod, Arts and Crafts and low country cottage. And…because Mason Bend is just a hop, skip and a jump from the Intracoastal Waterway and nearby beaches, having fun in the sun or a day on the water is an easy option!
