Glen Arden is in the midtown area of Wilmington. It is just off of South Oleander Drive and borders the lovely Forest Hills neighborhood. Glen Arden is considered one of the Port City’s original prestigious subdivisions. Many properties here have been well cared for and frequently updated and renovated. Interiors are often solidly built and feature stunning hardwoods, unique fixtures and classic floor plans that include plenty of room for entertaining. There are also nice outdoor spaces in the way of courtyards, patios and porches. Some of the larger homes in Glen Arden have sold close to the $500,000 mark, however, the average sales price is closer to the mid $250s (subject to change).
