Glen Arden is in the midtown area of Wilmington. It is just off of South Oleander Drive and borders the lovely Forest Hills neighborhood. There are also nice outdoor spaces in the way of courtyards, patios and porches. Some of the larger homes in Glen Arden have sold close to the $500,000 mark, however, the average sales price is closer to the mid $250s (subject to change).
