If you think the concept of “location-location-location” is a thing of the past, then you should learn more about Wilmington’s Cavalier Woods! Although many of the homes were built in the 1980s and 90s, this neighborhood is finally being recognized for the gem that it is! Located just off of Eastwood Road, which is the main route leading into Wrightsville Beach, Cavalier Woods has a lot going for it.
It is a mile and a half from the Wrightsville Beach drawbridge, and minutes from UNC-Wilmington, Mayfaire, Lumina Station and the goods and services along Racine Drive. A recent neighborhood perk is the addition of the Cross City Trail that includes miles of protected areas for biking and walking! Another plus is no expensive HOA dues!
