Carolina Place is on the national Register of Historic Places and filled with homes that are wonderful examples of Craftsman bungalows, Colonial Revival and Queen Anne Victorians. It is located between 17th Street to Burnt Mill Creek and Market to Castle Streets. Carolina Place borders the neighborhoods of Forest Hills, Ardmore, Brookwood and Carolina Heights. There are no HOA dues, but there is a community association that promotes activities, get-togethers and a neighborhood watch.
