All have their particular attributes and amenities, and all are energy efficient and ecologically friendly to the environment in which they stand.

If shopping, creative fine dining, entertainment, libraries or water sports are things you value, Airlie Forest is less than five minutes from Mayfaire Town Center, Lumina Station, The Forum, Landfall Shopping Center and the summer concert series hosted at Airlie Gardens and Mayfaire.

Historic Downtown Wilmington with her Riverwalk, entertainment venues, Historic Thallian Hall and the Wilson Center on the campus of Cape Fear Community College, are only about fifteen minutes inland. The campus of the University of North Carolina Wilmington is less than ten minutes away and famed Airlie Gardens is a short bike ride.

Anything you might want in coastal living can be yours in Airlie Forest, with large lots with one of a kind homes that are mere moments from the Intracoastal Waterway and Wrightsville Beach.
