This gated luxury community is home to 45 Championship holes, complete with practice areas for putting, chipping or lessons. Play is commonly rotated among the three nines and, with five tee positions, accommodates all levels of skill.
Landfall is also home to the Dye course and driving range, designed by famed course designer, Pete Dye. His more famous creation is the Player's Stadium course at TPC Sawgrass, the annual site of golf's fifth major, the Player's Championship with the signature par three seventeenth hole island green. Landfall's course is also to Dye for, presenting a challenging 18 holes.
The Country Club of Landfall has seemingly endless amenities with 11 tennis courts, an Olympic pool, world-class dining, and a residential community of business and civic leaders. The golf courses play host to the Landfall Tradition, an annual tournament featuring collegiate women's teams, The Willie Stargell Foundation Celebrity ProAm, and scores of charity tournaments.
Eagle Point, home course for Figure Eight Island and its surrounding community is among Golf Digest's 100 Top Courses in America. Designed by Tom Fazio, the 7258 yard, 18 hole, par 72, Bermuda grass course will welcome PGA Tour Professionals the first week in May 2017 for the Wells Fargo Championship.
Eagle Point is exclusive, only six homes make up this scenic waterfront community. All of the homes have views of the sound overlooking Figure Eight Island or the stunning saltwater marsh.
